Get a Regular Sleeping Schedule :

To reboot your brain at max, establish a schedule, go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time every morning, and try not to disturb your pattern.

Avoid Using Screens:

Screen use is the biggest distraction. The blue light emitted from t.v, tablets, computers, and phones trigger wakefulness and reduce sleeping hormone which helps us to sleep.

Just like the proper schedule of sleep and exercise help in the enhancement of our brain, a proper diet plays a vital part too. The diet is based on fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meat,” healthy fats ” such as olive oil, nuts, and fish oil. Such a diet improves memory and decreases the chances of depression.

Omega 3:

If you are not a fan of seafood consider omega3. Preferably cold-water fish such as salmon, halibut, tuna sardines, mackerel, and herring are rich sources of omega3_fatty acids. It can be consumed from other sources, such as seaweed, walnuts, ground flaxseeds, spinach, broccoli, and soya bean.

Eat More Fruits and Vegetables:

They are fully packed with nutrients and antioxidants substances, that protect our brain from wearing and tearing and help reduce the risk of dementia and Parkinson’s diseases.

Consume a proper diet rich in vitamins, folic acids, antioxidants. Take fresh raw vegetables, lean meat, fish, and fruits. and make a schedule and create a pattern for sleeping and waking up. Try memory-boosting IQ games like word blitz and scrabble, chess is famous for memory enhancing.
